Is the returns policy the same when shipped internationally?

Yes, the 14 day returns policy still stands. If you’re not completely 100% satisfied with your order get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try and resolve the issue, in many cases we’ll find a solution so that you won’t even need to return your items.

Do I have to pay for Postage for an international Return?

Yes, just like the UK if you choose to return your order back to us you will be liable for the costs. We recommend using a courier who provides you with a tracking number, we are not liable for any products that go missing.
